Görünen Adımlar (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Görünen Adımlar mobile application (the “Service”) to assist visually impaired users with indoor and outdoor navigation in hospitals via voice guidance. We respect your privacy and have designed the Service so that no personal, location, usage or device data is collected, stored, or transmittedto us.

1. No Data Collection

  • Personal Information: We do not ask for, collect, or store names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other personal identifiers.

  • Location & Beacon Data: All GPS or Bluetooth beacon scans occur locally on your device and are used only in real time to calculate routes. This data never leaves your device.

  • Usage & Logs: The app does not record session times, crash reports, device model, IP addresses, or any diagnostic logs.

2. Third-Party Services & SDKs

While the app itself does not collect data, we do integrate certain third-party SDKs to provide mapping, routing, and voice features. These SDKs may have their own limited telemetry—you should consult their respective privacy policies for details:​

  • Text-to-Speech & Voice Recognition (e.g., native platform services)

We do not share any of your data with these providers—any information they may collect is strictly between you and the SDK provider.

3. Cookies & Web Links

  • The mobile app does not use cookies.

  • If you follow links to external hospital websites or resources, those sites may set their own cookies or collect data under their own policies. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, their practices.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from any user, regardless of age.

5. Security

Because we do not store or transmit any user information, there is no personal data at risk. Nonetheless, we employ standard best practices in our development process to ensure the app itself is secure and free from vulnerabilities.

6. Changes to This Policy

Should our data practices ever change, we will post an updated Privacy Policy here with a new “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

1. Getting Started

  1. Permissions: Ensure Bluetooth and Location are enabled.

  2. Calibration: Follow the in-app prompts to calibrate beacon detection (indoors).

  3. Voice Volume: Adjust in your device settings for clear audio guidance.

2. Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why can’t the app detect my location indoors?
A: Make sure you’re within range of the hospital’s Bluetooth beacons. Ask staff to verify beacon deployment and battery status.

Q: How do I change voice guidance language?
A: Go to Settings > Voice and select your preferred language.

Q: The app crashed—what now?
A: Please restart the app. If the problem persists, email any screenshots of error messages to support@gorunenadimlar.com.

5. Troubleshooting Tips

  • Toggle Bluetooth: Turn it off, then on again to reset beacon scanning.

  • Reinstall: Make sure you have the latest update with all bug fixes.
